Do you have an opinion on what small town in the United States is the coolest? For the month of January, Budget Travel magazine is holding their 7th annual Coolest Small Town in America readers' choice poll. While the original list started out with 647 cities nominated by readers, it has now been narrowed down to the following 10 (shown with current rankings):

Hammondsport, NY: 23.9%
Weaverville, CA: 23.1%
Beaufort, NC: 21.1%
Damascus, VA: 7.1%
Port Townsend, WA: 6.4%
Nashville, IN: 5.9%
Ste. Genevieve, MO: 3.9%
Cape May, NJ: 3.9%
Jerome, AZ: 3.0%
Cooke City, MT: 1.9%
