23rd Oct 11 Rio Dulce We set off at 8am by minibuses to travel to Rio Dulce Sweet River we stopped at a hacienda a lovely farm in the countryside for breakfast then carried on to a hot waterfall with a swimming pool area in the jungle. It was a nice spot so we all went in for a swim and then carried on travelling to the town of Fronteras where we caught a boat for about 5 inutes up rive
