HelloToday Ill tell you about 2 festivals I saw in Penang.The 1st one was Loy Krathong also called festival of lights. This is a Thai festival but it is celebrated here too as it is so close to Thailand. Loy means to float and Krathong is the receptacle in shape of lotus that people put on the water. The festival is celebrated on the full moon on the 12th month of the lunar calen 19 Nov, 2011--
